ZUY SIZE GUIDE
Find your everyday fit.
A few simple measurements can help you choose your size. Start here, then check the size chart for your chosen style.
Before you choose a size
Sizing can vary between styles. Always use the size chart for the specific product you are buying rather than relying only on your usual size.
- Check whether the chart lists body measurements or garment measurements.
- Use the same unit as the chart: inches or centimeters.
- Read the fit description and check any available fabric or stretch information.
- Use model sizing as a reference alongside your own measurements.
How to measure your body
Use a flexible measuring tape over light clothing or underwear. Stand naturally and keep the tape level and comfortably close to your body without pulling it tight.
Chest / Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Keep the tape level across your back and your arms relaxed at your sides.
Waist
Measure around your natural waist, usually the narrowest part of your torso. Breathe normally and avoid holding your stomach in.
Hips
Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.
Inseam
Measure from the crotch down the inside of your leg to your preferred hem position. You can also measure the inseam of a pair of pants that fits you well.
Body measurements or garment measurements?
Body measurements
These describe your body size. Compare your chest, waist and hip measurements directly with the body measurement ranges in the product chart.
Garment measurements
These describe the clothing itself. Lay a similar garment that fits you well on a flat surface, measure it without stretching, and compare using the same method shown in the product chart.
Check the measurement method: a flat chest or waist width is not the same as a full circumference. Only double a flat width when the chart clearly uses that method. For elastic waistbands, check whether the measurement is relaxed or stretched.
Choosing your size by style
| Style | What to check |
|---|---|
| T-Shirts & Long-Sleeve Tops | Start with your chest or bust measurement. Check shoulder width, sleeve length and body length where available. |
| Tanks | Check chest or bust size, garment length and whether the style is fitted or relaxed. |
| Polos | Compare chest size, shoulder width and body length. Choose a fit that lets you move comfortably through the shoulders. |
| Pants | Check waist, hips and inseam. For curved-leg or relaxed styles, use the fit description to understand the intended shape. |
| Shorts | Compare waist and hip measurements, then check the inseam or overall length for your preferred coverage. |
Between sizes?
Check all relevant measurements rather than choosing from one measurement alone. If your measurements fall into different sizes, make sure the size you choose accommodates the areas where you need the most room.
For a roomier feel, the larger size may suit you better. Only choose the smaller size if its measurements still work for your body and the intended fit.
A relaxed style already includes extra room in its design. You may not need to size up to achieve the look shown in the product photos.
Inches & centimeters
To convert inches to centimeters, multiply by 2.54. To convert centimeters to inches, divide by 2.54.
For example, 30 inches equals 76.2 centimeters. Use the units listed in your product’s size chart when making your final comparison.
